If you enabled "Autostart" in Settings - Launcher the app should start automatically after you reboot the device. This requires premium version and should be used in combination with Launcher option.

On some devices this can take up to one minute after reboot, so be patient.

On TCL devices, you maybe need to enable autostart:

Open Safety Guard app and enable dream Launcher for autostart.
